Kooth had built the UK’s most trusted digital mental health platform over 20 years. Now they were taking it to the US with statewide government partnerships in California, Pennsylvania and Illinois.
They needed a single marketing platform serving two distinct brands across two markets.

How we thought about it
The brief had two competing demands: institutional credibility for commissioners, and genuine warmth for young people. We resolved both with one architecture serving Kooth and Soluna with distinct brand expressions.
What we did

How we applied our expertise
Global Web Platform
We built a multi-market web platform serving Kooth in the UK and Soluna in the US. A robust CMS and custom modules give editorial teams full flexibility per market.
The US Experience
Soluna connects young people aged 16-25 with free peer forums, resources and one-to-one coaching, no insurance required. We built a warm, brand-led experience with infrastructure to scale US state partnerships.
Multi-Market Architecture
Spanish-language support, additional US states and new markets are all accommodated within the architecture we designed. When Kooth moves, the platform moves with them.
