Ranzie co-founded design agency Tonic in 1998, acquired by private equity investor Vitruvian Partners, and has since served on the boards of leading agencies including Grey London, branding agency Purpose and communications group Instinctif Partners.

He co-founded Athlon in 2011 and today focuses on growing our team, business and strategic relationships. He is an active industry speaker, judge and mentor.
